This Privacy Policy explains how Mountain Ridge Workforce (“Mountain Ridge,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit mountainridgeworkforce.org or contact us as a healthcare professional, a facility, or a private home care client. Effective date: October 13, 2026.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to staff healthcare positions, serve our clients, and run our business.

    • Contact details you give us. When you submit the “Get in Touch” form on any page, we receive your name, phone number, email address, and any message you write.

    • Candidate information. If you work with us or want to join our network, we may collect your resume, work history, licenses and certifications, references, availability, and the information needed for background checks, competency assessments, and payroll.

    • Facility and client information. If you request staffing, we collect your organization’s name, contact people, and staffing needs.

    • Billing information. If you use our invoice page, we collect your name, invoice number, billing address, and payment amount.

    • Technical information. Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider may automatically record your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.

Please do not send patient names, medical records, or other patient health information through our website forms or by email. We do not need it to place staff.

    • Maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to provide our services:

    • With facilities and clients. When we present or place a candidate, we share the professional information needed for that role, such as work history, licenses, and availability.

    • With service providers. These include payroll (SurePayroll), background check and credential verification vendors, payment processors, website hosting, and communication tools. They may use your information only to perform services for us.

    • For legal reasons. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Mountain Ridge, our staff, or others.

    • In a business transfer. If Mountain Ridge is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Those services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them. This policy does not cover information you post publicly in our Facebook group.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including limiting access to staff and vendors who need it. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
